How to use FAX on Demand:

To use the FAX-On-Demand system, you must have the capability to send touch-tones® from your FAX system. Our individual instruction sheets, radio hook-up, and brochures are assigned a four digit document number which are listed on our six page list, (This is touch-tone Option No. 2 ) The headings are by radio manufacturers and product category. .

FAX-On-Demand will allow you to request up to five documents per call. The system will prompt you to enter the document number, followed by the pound (#) sign. It reads back the number you entered for confirmation, then requests the next document number or pound (#) to send the document. The system will prompt you to press the start or manual button on your FAX machine. FAX-On-Demand will automatically transmit the documents of your choice to your FAX . If you are using a fax board in a computer you must have a regular phone plugged into the modem board (to send DTMF). Set your FAX program up FOR MANUAL RECEIVE, dial our FAX number with the phone and go through the menu system. When you have made your selections finish with the pound (#) button, at the sound of the FAX tone, select receive with your program.
